Turnaround Time is the number of business days it takes to process your order. To be clear, Turnaround Time is NOT SHIPPING (transit time) nor is it the number of days you will receive the bat. Excluding stock bats, every shaved or rolled bat is serviced to order. Shaved or rolled bats are not already "pre-serviced" ready to ship. As orders come in, they are prioritize and processed "first in, first out". Turnaround is purely volume driven and can vary depending on order patterns and time of year.
If Standard turnaround was selected, the bat(s) will ship out 5-7 business days (M-F) from the date it was purchased. Rolled only bats on average are processed and shipped day 3 or 4 from purchase date with shaved bats on average shipping by day 7 from purchase date. Again, turnaround is order processing time and it fluctuates. If you are in need of your bat within 1.5 weeks from date of purchase, upgraded shipping or expedited service should be chosen. If you need your bat by a specific date or are unclear on how to calculate when your bat will be received, please give us a call to discuss.
How Turnaround Time is calculated
New Bat Purchase (rolled or shaved)
- If your order is placed Mon -Thurs, the 1st day is the next business day, NOT the day it is ordered. For example, order is placed on Monday, Tues would be day 1
- If you order is placed Friday, the 1st business day starts Monday.
If your order came in over the weekend, we are closed, the order goes in Monday with the 1st business day being Tuesday
Mailed in bats
- Turnaround starts the next business day AFTER the package is received. If your bat is received on Friday or on Saturday, Day 1 is the upcoming Monday
Stock New in Wrapper Bats
- If your order is placed by 2pm EST on a business day, the bat will most likely ship same day
- If your order is placed AFTER 2pm EST on a business day, bat will most likely ship the next business day
- If you order is placed AFTER 2PM EST Friday or over the weekend, the bat will ship on the upcoming Monday
Expedited Service (Next business day)
- If your order is placed by 3pm EST on a business day, the bat will ship the next business day
** If your order is placed AFTER 3pm EST on a business day, the clock starts the next business day with your bat shipping the business day after that. **
** If you order is placed AFTER 3PM EST Friday or over the weekend, the clock starts on the upcoming Monday with your bat shipping on Tuesday **
Business days are Mon - Fri 9AM - 5PM EST excluding holidays. WE ARE NOT OPEN ON THE WEEKEND
